The North Judson Town Council will take comments on an alley vacation request tonight. Tom DeCola owns three parcels of land off of Simmons Street, but they’re separated by what are technically alleys. During the previous council meeting, Clerk-Treasurer Andrew Rowe said DeCola’s request only appears to apply to the alleys between those parcels, not to those bordering any other properties.

The cemetery mowing service contract will be revisited during tonight’s North Judson Town Council meeting.
Town Marshal Kelly Fisher, Fire Chief and Code Compliance Officer Joe Leszek, Town Superintendent Marshall Horstmann and any other department heads in attendance will deliver reports to the council. Clerk-Treasurer Andrew Rowe will provide a report with relevant business regarding the town’s operations and Attorney Justin Schramm will be present to alert the council of any new legal updates. North Judson Town Council members will open bids for the cemetery mowing contract when they meet tonight at 6:30 p.m.
