Public Input Sought on N.J.-S.P. Capital Improvement Recommendations

The North Judson-San Pierre School Board wants input from the public before moving forward with proposed capital improvement projects. They’ve scheduled a public meeting Tuesday evening at 6 p.m. at the high school auditorium to give community members a chance to weigh in on the list. It includes almost $92,000 worth of improvements at the elementary school and $4.7 million at the junior/senior high school building. Continue reading

The North Judson-San Pierre School Board wants input from residents before finalizing plans for building renovations and updates. Superintendent Dr. Annette Zupin told the school board Tuesday night the bond for the auditorium project is almost paid off. N.J.-S.P. Board Updated on Lighting Projects, Band Room Relocation

BluejayThe North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation is taking on some lighting projects during the holiday break. Superintendent Dr. Annette Zupin told the school board Tuesday improvements at the bus garage are already underway. During the break lighting upgrades will be made in the middle and high school gym. N.J.-S.P. Strategic Plan Group Sets Goals

BluejayThe North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation’s strategic planning group has come up with three main goals. Superintendent Dr. Annette Zupin told the school board this week they will serve as the foundation for the group’s effort to market the corporation. The group’s first goal is to improve school and community relations. For instance, Zupin says students can find a way to be involved in the upcoming North Judson town Christmas tree lighting ceremony. Another suggestion was to extend next fall’s homecoming celebration to include the entire community. Continue reading
