Pulaski Animal Center Working to Establish Facts Following Stray Animal Incident
A dispute over the proper owner of a stray dog is new territory for the Pulaski Animal Center.
According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy was called to PAC on Oct. 14 for a report that a Mastiff – recently booked from the Pulaski area – was not being given back to its owner. Continue reading
