Senator Dick Lugar and the staff at Healthlinc in Knox are partnering to present the 2nd Annual Back to School Health and Wellness Fair on Thursday, August 4th. The event will be held at the Healthlinc office at 104 E. Culver Road in Knox from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Richard Mourdock has Support of Pulaski County Republican Chairperson
State Treasurer Richard Mourdock picked up the support of another county chairman yesterday in the U.S. Senate Race. Mourdock, who claims to have the support of 75% of the Republican chairpersons, also has the support of Robert Foerg in Pulaski County. In an interview with WKVI this week, Foerg said he has not polled the rest of the officers so he was was speaking only for himself.
Foerg, who is a police officer, said he was impressed that Mourdock was for term limits (no more than 12 years), and his stand on protecting second amendment rights.
Mourdock is taking on U.S. Senator Richard Lugar in the Republican spring primary.
