A Logansport man has died, following a motorcycle crash due to lane changes last weekend in Pulaski County. David Gifford, 70, was involved in a crash at the intersection of U.S. 35 and County Road 800 South on Saturday, July 11, according to the St. Joseph County Coroner’s Office.

A Knox man who was hurt in a crash on U.S. 30 back in July has since died from his injuries. The LaPorte County Sheriff’s Office says Billy R. Jones, 64, was driving west on U.S. 30, approaching State Road 39 the morning of Thursday, July 20.
Starke County Crash Vicitm ID Still Pending
The Starke County Sheriff’s Department has yet to release the name of the woman killed in a Monday crash at the intersection of Range Road and State Road 10. That crash involved a tanker truck and a vehicle. When officers arrived they found the tanker truck on its side in flames and a passenger car on the side of the roadway. Continue reading
Investigation Continues into Knox Boy’s Death
Starke County Prosecutor, Nicholas Bourff, said Friday that the death of a three-year-old Knox boy is still under investigation. The three-year-old died after being rushed to IU Health Starke Hospital by his father on June 19th. He was transferred to a South Bend Hospital where he passed away.
