A structure fire east of Knox Thursday afternoon remains under investigation by the Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office. Washington Township Fire Chief Stuart Short says crews were called to the 700 block of East County Road 200 North around 2:40 p.m. and remained on the scene for about an hour.
