A fugitive who has been on the run after a high-speed police chase in Marshall County has been arrested. He was taken into custody after Marshall County officers learned he was at a home in Argos. Around 6:00 p.m. ET last night, police gained consent to enter the property and arrested William Newman. He was wanted on a Marshall County warrant and a felony drug warrant out of Fulton County. Search For Wanted Felon Continues in Marshall County
The search for a wanted man in Marshall County has reached day five, as officers continue to search for William Newman after the pursuit began on Tuesday, Dec. 11. While officials have received tips that he’s been spotted in Rochester and South Bend, police have thus far been unable to locate the elusive suspect.

Manhunt Continues In Marshall County
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department is still hunting for a wanted suspect for outstanding warrants. According to the Marshall County Emergency Management Agency, Marshall County deputies are still searching for 42-year-old William Newman after he fled from police attempting to serve a Fulton County felony warrant yesterday morning.
Around 10:15 a.m., deputies attempted to serve the warrant on Newman but he quickly fled, leading deputies on a vehicle pursuit that finally ended in the area of 4th and Rose roads. The suspect then exited his vehicle and fled on foot.
