Firefighters from several fire departments battled a barn fire in North Judson early Saturday morning.
North Judson-Wayne Township Fire Chief Joe Leszek told WKVI News that they were notified of the fully engulfed fire around 7 a.m. CT Saturday morning at a residence on State Road 39 near 700 S. Leszek said they were at the scene for about four hours. The structure was a total loss.
There were no injuries.
About 36,000 gallons of water was used to extinguish the blaze.
The North Judson-Wayne Township Fire Department was assisted at the scene by the San Pierre Fire Department, Bass Lake Fire Department and Starke County EMS.
