The Pulaski County Council members will meet in special session today where the members will open a public hearing on a non-compliance abatement waiver for Vander Haag.
Following the public hearing, the council will discuss a waiver of non-compliance resolution and an ordinance accepting abatement rules. The council will go over the annual tax abatement compliance review.
The council may not conduct any business unrelated to the stated reason for the special session.
The Pulaski County Council will meet at 4:30 p.m. ET tonight at the Pulaski County Highway Garage at 1131 N. U.S. 35 in Winamac.
