Ryan Taylor and Kenneth K. Wallace will be in Starke Circuit Court today to face a charge of Arson as a Class D Felony. They will plead guilty or not guilty during their initial hearing this morning at 9:00 a.m.
According to police documents, the pair allegedly were involved in setting a vehicle on fire using a flare. The vehicle was reportedly owned by Ryan Taylor’s mother and at the time needed transmission work done. The incident occurred in the Monterey area. The Starke County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the incident. The Bass Lake and Monterey Fire Departments assisted at the scene.
