Indiana State Police Lieutenant Chuck Cohen will be teaching hundreds of law enforcement and military officials from more than 100 agencies in four states and the District of Columbia on how social media can enhance criminal investigations.
Information will be provided that criminal investigators, criminal intelligence analysts, special agents and prosecutors need to know to more effectively protect their communities as technology becomes more prevalent.
The ability of law enforcement to use all resources, including social media, is vital in their prevention, investigation and prosecution efforts as well as to increase public awareness on how the use of social media affects citizens.
The one-day seminar will be held at the College of William and Mary, Sadler Center in Williamsburg, Virginia on Wednesday, March 6.
