A Plymouth man was arrested during the overnight hours Friday on several drug charges after his arrest and subsequent search of his home.
An officer from the Plymouth police department pulled over a vehicle driven by Derek Hahn after noticing several moving violations.
The officer found that Hahn was reportedly under the influence of a controlled substance. After submitting to a certified test, Hahn was arrested on preliminary charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated-Controlled Substance.
A little while later, officers went Hahn’s residence in the 200 block of Elliott Street in Plymouth where they reportedly found several items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine, along with a substance believed to be methamphetamine.
Additional preliminary charges were filed against Hahn including Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Chemical Reagents. Hahn’s bond is set at $50,000.
