Sheriff Tom Chamberlin will also appear before the council to ask for a waiver of employee probationary period. Jay Bahr, the executive director of the Marshall County Economic Development Commission, will have an update for the council members.
In routine business, the council will discuss additional appropriations which includes a $20,000 pauper council fee from Superior Court #1 and $200,000 for vehicle maintenance supplies.
The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. ET in the commissioners room on the second floor in the Marshall County Building.
