Following that, Henry said Morton’s will then send the necessary paperwork to Indianapolis to get the drawings approved. That process, she said, will take roughly four weeks and afterward the board will expect billing to arrive within eight to 12 weeks.
Henry estimated construction to begin on the maintenance building around February or March.
The town board previously held a public hearing for the structure on Nov. 12 to give the public an opportunity to hear details about the project and ask questions, but no members of the public were present.
