The North Judson-San Pierre School Board is looking to implement a Wifi system at the corporation this summer.
Superintendent Lynn Johnson said the move will be big for students and for visitors to the school. The board is currently seeking quotes for the upgrade.
“This past fall we did go through and update our infrastructure so we are at the position where we are ready to go and have the Wifi,” explained Johnson. “For students, for teachers, for everyone within the corporation, it’s that next step that we needed to pursue to make sure that we had the procedures and processes in place so kids can have the access they need through technology.”
The board hopes to get quotes as soon as possible so everything can be installed at the first of next school year.
