Kankakee Valley REMC is committed to serving their community. They provide electric services to approximately 18,000 individuals in Starke, Pulaski, Porter, Lake, Marshall, St. Joseph and La Porte counties.
KVREMC contributed $5,000 to the Starke County Fair to assist with the 4-H program and with fairground’s upkeep. CEO Dennis Weiss said, “The cooperative is proud to support the Starke County Fair and what they do to give back to the community. We applaud the hard work and dedication of the many volunteers and community leaders who give time each year to be a mentor to the youth, who are tomorrow’s leaders.”
