Detectives with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department are looking for information into two recent theft incidents.
It was between June 30 and July 9 when unknown person(s) gained entry into a NIPSCO substation at 18881 15th Road and took a large amount of copper wire and connectors. Three storage units were also damaged and it believed the same person caused the destruction.
In a separate incident, a sheriff’s deputy responded to Titus, Inc. on Monday, July 14 on a report of a burglary. An unknown subject forced entry into the business on 6B Road and stole a Miller tig welder in addition to other items.
