A pair of Indiana State Police Master Troopers from Starke County are among those from the Lowell Post recently recognized for their commitment to the agency. Master Troopers Jim Strong and Doug Parker were awarded a longevity pins and certificates for 20 years of service. Indiana State Police troopers are recognized for service milestones every five years.
