The Town of Winamac now owns the triangle lot at the intersection of 13th Street and U.S. 35, having recently purchased the property from the state. Town officials plan to lease the lot to the Pulaski Family YMCA so they can place a sign there. Winamac Clerk-Treasurer Melanie Berger tells WKVI News the Y board still needs to sign the annual lease.
