A dinner being held this weekend in Bass Lake is attracting several of the area’s top elected representatives.
The Starke County Republican Central Committee is hosting their 2015 Lincoln Day Dinner. Similar meals are hosted across the nation as a way for local GOP members to fundraise for the year.
This year’s Keynote Speaker will be the Director of Community Affairs with the Indiana Governor’s Office, Diego Morales. He has previously served in the U.S. Armed Services, and is a multi-lingual entrepreneur.
While Morales will give the Keynote Address, 2nd District Congresswoman Jackie Walorski, State Senator Ed Charbonneau, State Representative Tom Dermody, and State Representative Doug Gutwein will also be in attendance.
The dinner will be held on Saturday at the Bass Lake Community Center from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
