
PLYMOUTH, Ind. — For one day each summer, downtown Plymouth transforms into a vibrant celebration of creativity where artists fill the streets, musicians take the stage, families create together, and thousands of visitors experience the power of the arts to bring a community to life.







A representative from the Friends of the Panhandle Pathway came before the Winamac Town Council on Monday to discuss an event that took place earlier this month.
