The school year’s off to a good start at Winamac Community Middle School, in spite of construction going on at the school building. That’s the message principal Ryan Dickinson gave to the Eastern Pulaski School Board Monday.
He says the start of the year brought challenges because of the large number of students but also because teachers weren’t in their normal rooms, “The reward was just showing that the teachers are flexible, the students are flexible and can adapt, and they did a great job.”
He says some teachers have moved back into their renovated rooms, while the next group of teachers moves out.
