Don’t Drink and Drive this New Year

As you prepare to ring in 2016, include plans to stay safe as you celebrate. Mothers Against Drunk Driving is once again urging everyone to designate a non-drinking driver before celebrations begin.

They also recommend that party hosts offer non-alcoholic beverages and be prepared to organize rides or a place to sleep for guests who have been drinking. MADD has also brought back its Tie One On for Safety campaign for its 29th year, encouraging drivers to display a red ribbon on their vehicles to remind others not to drink and drive.
