A jury in Starke Circuit Court returned guilty verdicts this week against a man accused of abusing two children.
The battery charges against Kevin Allen, 34, stem from an incident that occurred the weekend of Feb. 14 and 15 of 2015, according to court documents. The victims were 10-year-old boys. Allen was arrested last March.
His sentencing hearing is set for April 21st. Allen faces a maximum of 12 years in prison and fines of up to $20,000.
