Community members will have an opportunity to see firsthand the recent renovations at Winamac Community Middle and High Schools Monday evening. An open house will take place there from 5:30 until 6:30 p.m. EST.
Superintendent Dan Foster says both the middle and high schools are working with some student service groups to be stationed around the facility to showcase the renovations rather than conduct actual “tours.”
He encourages the community and elementary school teachers and staff who may have not walked through the updated facility yet to stop by. Foster says the 17 months of work addressed both basic infrastructure and cosmetic needs.
