Pulaski County residents have the chance to improve their customer service skills. The Pulaski County Adult Learning Center is offering customer service training sessions.
They will help participants learn the value of customer service and will provide real-world scenarios for participants to analyze. Organizers say the training will include guided self-learning, customer service training ideas and tips, as well as group class time. Those taking part will be able to access over 100 online courses and have the chance to get a certificate for each one they complete.
The Pulaski Alliance for Community Education is helping to pay for the training sessions. They will be held Wednesday, March 22 from 4 to 7 p.m. and Tuesday, March 28 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Pulaski County Annex Building at 125 South Riverside Drive in Winamac.
