They will help participants learn the value of customer service and will provide real-world scenarios for participants to analyze. Organizers say the training will include guided self-learning, as well as group class time. Those taking part will be able to access over 100 online courses and have the chance to get a certificate for each one they complete.
The Pulaski Alliance for Community Education is helping to pay for the training sessions. They will be held Wednesday, March 22 from 4 to 7 p.m. and Tuesday, March 28 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Pulaski County Annex Building at 125 South Riverside Drive in Winamac.
