The West Central School Board is finalizing plans to update the entrance to the middle school over the summer. Superintendent Don Street says they’re looking at ways to improve campus safety. The board is accepting quotes for the project.
During their meeting Thursday night the board did accept a quote from DoubleRadius for a networking upgrade. It includes new access points to replace all of the aging ones across the corporation and seven network switches. They will replace the older switches in the networking closets and are used to interconnect classroom computers and access points to the internet.
