Oregon-Davis to Reach Out to Alumni, Senior Citizens

The Oregon-Davis School Corporation is looking to improve its communication with alumni and other stakeholders. Superintendent Don Harman says the corporation plans to launch a weekly email newsletter called the “Bobcat Blast.”

It’s one of a few ways Oregon-Davis is reaching out to community members. Harman says the corporation is also starting a “gold card membership” program for seniors over the age of 60. Members get a pass to be admitted into any Oregon-Davis home event.

Meanwhile, Harman estimates 165 people turned up for this year’s Grovertown-Hamlet-Oregon-Davis alumni banquet on June 10.
