Pulaski County has a new IT director. Matt Voltz was appointed by the county commissioners Monday to replace RB Walters, who resigned in March.
The commissioners said that longtime IT consultant Willie DeGroot helped with the selection process. He has also agreed to assist Voltz during the transition.
Also during Monday’s meeting, the commissioners appointed Francesville resident Ron Schlatter to serve on the Board of Aviation Commissioners. They’re still looking for someone for the Star City Sewer Board.
