Oregon-Davis School Board Adopts 2018 Budget, Enrollment Count Finalized

The Oregon-Davis School Board formally adopted the corporation’s 2018 budget Monday. It calls for a General Fund of just under $4.6 million and a Capital Projects Fund of over $1.1 million, with a total budget of nearly $8.4 million.

Meanwhile, Superintendent Dr. Don Harman says the corporation’s fall enrollment count has been finalized. 553 students were present for the official count on September 15. But since then, Harman says two more students have enrolled at the elementary school and another two have enrolled at the high school. While those students weren’t included in the official count, Harman says he’s encouraged by the fact that students continue to enroll.
