Knox Park Board members addressed yearly appointments and the election of officers when they met Thursday night.
Mayor Dennis Estok re-appointed John Fletcher to the board and informed members that he is still seeking someone for his new appointment. Mayor Estok also re-appointed George Byer as Park Superintendent, with unanimous board approval.
Members went on to nominate and elect Autumn Ferch as Park Board President and Gary Dulin as Vice President. Melissa Keen was nominated and then elected to serve as secretary of the board, with Ruth Bailey agreeing to serve as the assistant secretary when Keen is not present.
Additionally, members voted to move their meetings to the fourth Monday of every month at 6:30 p.m. The next Park Board meeting will be held on February, 26th.
