The Culver Town Council members are anticipated to adopt several ordinances when they meet tonight.
A rezoning ordinance that would change the BP Good Oil zoning from C-2 to C-1 for proposed renovations is up for third reading as is a rezoning ordinance to properly rezone park property into a park. A salary ordinance amendment will be considered for third reading.
The council will discuss the passage of all three readings on an ordinance that amends the traffic, parking and pedestrian regulations.
A resolution that recognizes the second amended and restated agreement and declaration of trust of the AIM Medical Trust will be discussed.
In addition to those action items, the council will award a bid for the Sand Hill Farm utilities and Town Manager Jonathan Leist will give a Stellar Communities Designation Program update.
The Culver Town Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. ET at the Culver Town Hall at 200 E. Washington Street. The council will meet 30 minutes prior to the regular meeting in a work session to work on EMS salaries.
