The Pulaski County Advisory Plan Commission will soon be working toupdate the county’s fee schedule.
Pulaski County Community Development Commission Executive Director Nathan Origer told both the plan commission and board of zoning appeals members last week that the only fee schedule of record is for residential fees.
“Right now we’ve got two separate documents. One is for land use and residential and a separate one for everything else. We don’t have a work copy of it anymore. We only have a PDF copy so it has to be redone anyway. Now seems like the time to add it to the existing fee schedule,” said Origer.
The two entities will work soon to complete a fee schedule for industrial, utilities, agriculture, institutional, and commercial buildings. One of the more pressing topics is the wind turbine ordinance that the members hope to review at a meeting later this month.
