The scammers are at it again. This time they are saying they are from the company AT&T and are threatening a suspension in service.
A person on a recorded message demands that a social security number be given in order to keep the service open, but it is a scam. AT&T has been notified of the phone calls and confirm that it is a scam.
A company with whom you already receive service should never call you asking for information they should already have. If you receive a similar phone call, call local law enforcement.
