Knox City Council members will consider granting a tax abatement for Selected Furniture LLC when they meet tonight at 7 p.m. in Knox City Hall.
Project street print, which has been discussed briefly in past meetings, will be covered again tonight. Officials have been discussing the cost associated with painting the city emblem on sections of road in town as well as considering potential locations.
Additionally, members will consider amendments to the ordinance over the General Obligation Bonds.
Following the recent resignation of Tim Manns, it is likely that members will discuss the upcoming caucus that will be held later this month to replace the council member for District 4.
Mayor Dennis Estok and Clerk-Treasurer Jeff Houston will deliver their reports and there will be time set aside for any additional business deemed necessary by the council and citizen comments.
