Pulaski County Emergency Medical Services will soon get about $28,000 for equipment purchases. The department was one of a few agencies named as a beneficiary to the Henry Mooi and Alice Mooi revocable trust.
EMS Director Bryan Corn shared the news with the county commissioners last week. “The EMS Department is very thankful,” he said. “This is a very generous and gracious offer. And we are going to use that to get some equipment, update some equipment that we have, and that’s going to help out a lot and that’s going to go a long way.”
Other beneficiaries include the Winamac police and fire departments. Hank and Alice Mooi both passed away last year.
