The Culver Town Council will consider a Planned Unit Development agreement when they meet tonight.
Developer Thomas Beste was asked to revise a few aspects of his plans for a Culver Meadows housing development and gas station on State Road 10 and State Road 17. He was asked to include erecting a sign that helps promote the town and local businesses. Additionally, he would include listing some of the properties that would be affordable by Culver standards, ranging from about $180,000 to $200,000. That agreement was to be presented in June, but it wasn’t ready for approval. It will be considered tonight.
If the council moves forward with the agreement, they will then be able to hold the final readings on ordinances that would rezone parcels on State Road 10 and State Road 17 as a Planned Unit Development and annex those parcels into the town.
The town council will also consider the second and third reading of a zoning ordinance amendment and the last reading of a traffic ordinance.
The Culver Town Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. ET tonight at the Culver Town Hall.
