The Starke County Commissioners will have several items before them when they meet tonight.
Starke County EMS Director Travis Clary and Clerk Mary Lynn Ritchie will have their monthly report as will Highway Superintendent Rik Ritzler. Evaluations for Starke County EMA Director J. Nier and IT Director Richard Franks will also be discussed.
Bob Aloi from Territorial Engineers will request a signature for the new road construction at the Starke County Forest. Sheriff Bill Dulin, Starke County Probation Director Shawn Mattraw and IT Director Richard Franks will present information on the CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) system and Prosecutor Nicholas Bourff will put forth a request for new office computers. Discussion surrounding a GIS request on the new KRBC plan will be brought before the commissioners by La Porte County Surveyor Tony Hendricks.
The Starke County Commissioners will meet at 6 p.m. CT tonight in the meeting room in the Starke County Annex Building No.1 at 53 E. Mound Street in Knox.
