Members of the Starke County Election Board will meet today where the members will discuss the upcoming town convention for the at-Large seats on the North Judson Town Council. The town convention will need to be scheduled sometime before Tuesday, Aug. 21 to determine candidates for the November General Election ballot.
The election board members will also discuss a resolution concerning late fees for candidates who do not file timely financial reports. The Culver Community Schools operating referendum is also on the agenda.
The Starke County Election Board will meet at 9:30 a.m. CT today in the second floor meeting room in the Starke County Courthouse at 53 E. Washington Street in Knox.
