Two Knox residents were arrested on Friday night after they were reportedly found slumped over in a vehicle in a public park.
Plymouth police say three police officers investigated the situation that occurred at Centennial Park in Plymouth by the Kid’s Kingdom. They found 54-year-old Phillip Dalton and 50-year-old Sandra Kabowski passed out in the vehicle. Police allegedly found them in possession of methamphetamine, paraphernalia and a legend drug.
Dalton was booked in the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and unlawful possession or use of a legend drug. His bond was set at $3,005 cash.
Kabowski was booked in the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of use of a legend drug and reckless possession of paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $1,505 cash.
