A LaPorte County Councilman has been charged with the Level 6 felony of Residential Entry. Indiana State Police say John Sullivan, 57, of Wanatah “was seen entering a residence that was not his own in the town of Wanatah.”
Officers investigated the alleged incident for three months, before issuing a warrant for his arrest on Friday. State Police say Sullivan turned himself in at the LaPorte County Jail. He was processed and posted $750 bond.
