Knox Man Arrested After Allegedly Failing to Pull Over for Marshall County Police, Driving Off Road

A Knox man was arrested early Monday morning, after he allegedly failed to pull over for Marshall County Police. Officers say that just after 2:00 a.m., they got a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 3500 block of Olive Road in Marshall County.

They reportedly found the vehicle and tried to pull it over in the 6000 block of Queen Road. But police say it kept going, before eventually running off the roadway near U.S. 30.

The driver, Matthew Dennis Hamilton, 28, was taken to the Marshall County Jail for resisting law enforcement, reckless driving, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
