Supporting rural entrepreneurship will be the focus of next month’s Pulaski County Economic Development Summit. This year’s event, which will be held on April 9 will feature a “Powering Rural” panel discussion.
It will include representatives from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Office, U.S. Small Business Administration, Northwest Indiana Small Business Development Center, Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs, Indiana Economic Development Corporation, and possibly the Indiana State Department of Agriculture, according to a Facebook post from the Pulaski County Community Development Commission.
Additionally, CDC Executive Director Nathan Origer will give his annual State of the County Economy Address, and dinner will be served. The 2019 Pulaski County Economic Development Summit will be held Tuesday, April 9 at 6:30 p.m. EDT at Meadow Springs, located at 8631 South U.S. 421 in Francesville. The summit will follow the CDC’s monthly meeting at 6:00.
