Alleged Threat toward Judge Results in Arrest

A Plymouth man is in the Starke County Jail after allegedly threatening Starke Circuit Court Judge Kim Hall.

Jacob White commented to a case worker that Judge Hall’s “days are numbered” after learning that a judgment issued by Judge Hall resulted in the termination of White’s supervised parental visitation rights, according to the Affidavit of Probable Cause.  The alleged threat occurred on April 17, 2019. 


White, 31, was arrested on Wednesday, May 8 in Plymouth in an effort by the Starke County Sheriff’s Department and the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department. 

Starke County Prosecutor Leslie Baker filed a Level 5 Felony count of  intimidation against White.  White remains in the Starke County Justice Center with a $250,000 bond.
