The Winamac Town Council considered three tax abatement renewals when members met last Monday.
One of the abatement renewals was for Standard Properties and the other two were for Standard Integrated Solutions. Town Manager Brad Zellers commented that everything appeared to be in order.
Councilman Alvin Parish asked if the abatements had already been approved and Council President Tom Murray noted that the abatements themselves were authorized in the past.
Clerk-Treasurer Melanie Berger added that the council had already approved the renewal of the abatement for the Isis Movie Theater but the ones before them had yet to be approved this year.
There was no opposition presented to approving the abatement renewals.
