Culver School Board Approves Employee Pay Raise

Some Culver Community Schools employees will soon be getting a raise. The school board approved a salary and wage schedule for the 2019-2020 school year Monday, according to Superintendent Karen Shuman.

“We increased the ranges within positions within the school corporation to match a three-percent increase,” she explains, “and then that will be determined on performance of employees on the raise they potentially may receive.”

In other business Monday, the Culver School Board approved the dairy, bakery, and food distribution companies that had been chosen by the Northern Indiana Educational Services Center for the coming school year.
