Knox Superintendent Thanks Staff for Smooth Start to School Year

The Knox School Board’s last meeting coincided with the first day of school and Superintendent Dr. William Reichhart took a moment to extend his gratitude to various school employees for playing a role in making it a good first day back.  

Dr. Reichhart acknowledged all of the hardworking bus drivers who made sure kids made it to school and back home safely and provided special thanks to the corporation’s transportation director.

He noted, “We dropped a bus route this year so we had a lot of different routes and a different people running those routes but compliments to Tara [Pitts].”

Dr. Reichhart also addressed the individuals who were responsible for making sure that the various devices in the school corporation were functioning properly.

He shared, “I also want to compliment Khris Beever and his staff in technology for the smooth start that we had this year.”

In addition to recognizing those individual employees, Dr. Reichhart also thanked all the teachers, administrators and staff members who worked together to make the first day of school a success.
