Though Halloween may still be several weeks away, the Mayor of Knox said he’s already received some inquiries about when the City’s trick-or-treating hours will be held.
On Tuesday, Mayor Dennis Estok announced that families will have the opportunity to go from house to house collecting candy from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 31st.
Over the last several years, Starke County A.B.A.T.E has hosted an event the Nancy J. Dembowski Community Center once trick-or-treating wraps up. In the past, it has featured music, snacks, a costume judging contest, and prizes.
Additional details about that event will be released in the future. If you have any questions, contact the Mayor’s Office at 574-772-4553.
