The Culver School Board has finalized this year’s teacher contract. Superintendent Karen Shuman says the 2019-2020 collective bargaining agreement was ratified during Monday’s meeting.
She previously said there are no major changes from last year’s contract. The starting wage for new teachers is $34,500. Teachers rated “effective” or “highly effective” are eligible for a $1,200 raise, under the salary schedule, with a maximum possible salary of $66,200.
